Don Marsh will be leading a birding trip to somewhere near Montrose in search of ice-free water and the birds that depend on it. Meet at the northeast corner of the Gold's Gym parking lot (the corner of Hillcrest Dr. and Highway 50) at 9:00 AM to get started and carpool. Return to Montrose will be around noon. We will be offering two open water field trips this year. These are great trips to see ducks, geese, and a variety of other birds that are attracted to the few places where open water can be found.
