Join us as we visit Top of the Pines and the home of a Ridgway BCAS member who regularly gets all three species of Rosy-finches at her home feeders. We’ll meet in Ridgway at the Cimmaron Coffee parking lot at 8:30 am and carpool up to Top of the Pines to look for winter birds of the ponderosa pine forest.  Around 10 am, we’ll head over to Elk Meadows to look for Rosy-finches.  Because we can’t predict the weather, 4WD or AWD vehicles may be needed to reach our destinations.  Because it is a private residence and window space is limited, there will be a maximum of five participants per trip.  Plan on removing your shoes/boots before heading indoors – slippers are strongly encouraged.  Please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
